1. Introducción

Welcome to iahoster. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game server hosting services, control panel, website, and any related products provided by iahoster ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Servicios

iahoster provides game server hosting and related services, including automated server deployment, a web-based control panel, and optional add-ons such as our AI Copilot assistant. The specifications of each plan (RAM, CPU, storage, backups and other limits) are described at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the services without notice or liability, for example to protect the stability and security of our infrastructure and other customers.

3. Responsabilidades del Usuario

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your servers and under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and use the services in compliance with all applicable laws. In particular, you agree not to:

• Host illegal content, malware, or material that infringes third-party rights
• Use the services for spam, fraud, phishing, or unauthorized data collection
• Launch attacks (DoS/DDoS), port scans, or attempts to breach other systems
• Abuse shared resources in a way that degrades service for other customers
• Resell or sublicense the services without our written authorization

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. While we provide backup features, you should not rely on them as your sole copy. Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Condiciones de Pago

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly) according to the plan you select. Payment is due on the invoice date. If payment is not received, your services may be suspended and, after a grace period, terminated with possible deletion of data.

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices for future billing cycles; any change will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current paid period. You are responsible for cancelling services you no longer wish to renew before the next billing date.

5. Política de Reembolsos

We want you to be satisfied with our services. New customers may request a refund within 7 days of their first order for a given service, provided the service has not been abused. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This does not apply to renewals, add-ons already consumed, or accounts terminated for violating these Terms.

Free trial servers carry no charge and are therefore not eligible for refunds. If you believe you were billed in error, contact our support team and we will review your case promptly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep our services online and available at all times and operate our infrastructure with redundancy and DDoS protection. However, no hosting provider can guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, hardware failures, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party networks, your own configuration or plugins, or force majeure events. If you experience an outage, please contact support so we can help restore your service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iahoster and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Important Notice: Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected service during the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You may cancel your services at any time from your client area. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that harms our infrastructure, other customers, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ends immediately and associated server data may be permanently deleted after a short retention period. We recommend downloading any data you wish to keep before cancelling.

9. Cambios en los Términos

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the client area.

Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the services and may cancel your account.
